Product News: Mass Flow Controller for Gases

For many years now, Bürkert mass flow controllers have been setting the standard for future-proof solutions in the sector of thermal mass flow measurement.

Whether miniaturized semiconductor sensors directly in the gas flow, digital control via fieldbus or feedback related to required maintenance: intelligent technology from Bürkert defines progress. The same is true today. Being one of the first to use chip sensors for flow measurement, we offer the right solution for your application in the segment of neutral gases and now for aggressive gases as well.

High-performance Chip for Optimum Dynamic Response

The innovative semiconductor flow sensor meets the high modern industrial requirements of today, particularly with respect to dynamic response and measurement accuracy. Combined with highquality proportional valves and digital closed-loop control electronics, the chip sensor really shows off its strengths to full effect in the mass flow controllers in many applications with neutral gases.

The New Mass flow Controller for Aggressive Gases

Bürkert's Type 8710 mass flow controller is designed specifically for aggressive gases and provides a solution with an impressive performance. The digital mass flow controller deploying capillary technology allows applications in the "aggressive" segment and, depending on intended application, can be combined with other Bürkert products to implement complete system solutions. Naturally, it comprises extensive diagnostic features and is available optionally with a fieldbus interface.
